We tried to use a bone homoimplant as a substitute for a mobile autograft (an autologous bone fragment) and arrived at the conclusion that this method is highly efficacious and has good prospects for a wider practical application. The experiments were carried out using 7 rabbits in which non-free destruction osteoplasty was performed using frozen homoimplants. It was shown that a single piece of living bone fragment from the jaw is sufficient to initiate the growth of the new bone. The homoimplant used instead of the mobile autogarft proved sufficient to induce the process of osteosynthesis.
