This study included 81 patients (mean age 33 years) who had experienced a craniofacial injury. They were examined with the use of clinical and neurophysiological methods taking into consideration the data from medical histories. The functioning of the vegetative nervous system was estimated from the measurements of the initial vegetative tone, vegetative support, and vegetative reactivity obtained by cardiointervalography (CIG). Dysfunction of the reparative mechanisms turned out to be more pronounced in the patients with the history of neurologic disorders than in those having the unburdened previous medical history.
Обследовали 81 больного (средний возраст 33 года) после перенесенной черепно-лицевой травмы. Использовали клинико-нейрофизиологические и анамнестические методы исследования. Функции вегетативной нервной системы оценивали по результатам исходного вегетативного тонуса, вегетативного обеспечения и вегетативной реактивности по данным кардиоинтервалографии (КИГ). Дисфункции восстановительных механизмов оказались более выраженными у больных с отягощенным неврологическим анамнезом.
