The present study included 38 patients presenting with the diseases of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Fifteen of them had incomplete dislocation of the mandible, 9 - reducible dislocations, 9 - deforming arthrosis of TMJ, 3 - dislocation of the articular disk, and 2 - ancylosis of TMJ. All the patients were treated using intra-articular injections of alflutop. This therapy resulted in the recovery from the disease in 14 patients and the improvement of clinical conditions in 12. The state of the remaining 12 patients was not appreciably altered after the treatment.
Проведено лечение 38 больных с заболеваниями височно-нижнечелюстного сустава (ВНЧС). Авторы обнаружили, что у 15 больных были подвывихи нижней челюсти, у 9 - вправляемые вывихи, у 9 - деформирующий артроз ВНЧС, у 3 - вывих суставного диска, у 2 - анкилоз ВНЧС. Лечение заключалось во внутрисуставном введении препарата алфлутоп. Выздоровление наступило у 14 больных, улучшение - у 12, состояние без перемен у 12 больных.
