A positive correlation between mRNA of TNFa, MMP8, MMP9 in healthy periodontal tissue is demonstrated. This correlation is not found in patients with chronic periodontitis. A mechanism of TNFa-dependent induction of MMP8 and MMP9 induction is found to be pronounced in men than in women.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Разработан метод полимеразной цепной реакции в реальном времени в сочетании с обратной транскрипцией, позволяющий получать воспроизводимые результаты при анализе мРНК человека в образцах, полученных из пародонтальных карманов. Показана положительная корреляция между содержанием в здоровой ткани пародонта мРНК фактора некроза опухоли (ФНО) и матриксных металлопротеиназ MMP8 и MMP9. Подобной корреляции не наблюдается при анализе образцов, взятых у пациентов с хроническим пародонтитом.
