It affects the glands. The combination ofpathological changes in the saliva and lachrymal glands and immune pathology is obligatory condition of this disease. Sjogren syndrome is another pathology connected with Sjogren disease (so-called isolated primary Sjogren syndrome according to the foreign authors).
