Materials and methods. In 31 healthy pregnant women without dental pathology and in 32 healthy volunteers, the content of interleukins (IL) IL-4 and IL-8 in the SF and GF enzyme immunoassay was studied. Results. The changes in IL-4 and IL-8 in the dynamics of pregnancy in the SF and GF in the clinical group for the directivity were similar: from 1 to 3 trimester, the content of cytokines increased. In healthy donors there were no differences in IL-4 in two biological media. In the clinical group, in all three trimesters, the concentrations of IL-4 in the GF were significantly higher in comparison with SF. The concentration of IL-8 in GF was higher (10-14 times) than in the case of healthy donors, as well as in patients in the clinical group. Conclusion: The content of IL-4 and IL-8 cytokines in the biological fluids of the oral cavity increases in the dynamics of pregnancy, which increases the protective potential of the biological environment of the oral cavity. Keywords: pregnancy, oral salivary fluid, gingival fluid, cytokines.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель работы - определить особенности цитокинового профиля ротовой (РЖ) и десневой жидкости (ДЖ) у беременных женщин с физиологическим протеканием беременности в динамике гестационного периода. Материал и методы У 31 здоровой беременной женщины без стоматологической патологии и у 32 здоровых волонтеров изучено содержание интерлейкинов (ИЛ) -4 и ИЛ-8 в РЖ и ДЖ иммуноферментным анализом. Результаты. Изменения ИЛ-4 и ИЛ-8 в динамике беременности в РЖ и ДЖ в клинической группе по направленности были сходными: от 1-го к 3-му триместру содержание цитокинов возрастало. У здоровых доноров различий ИЛ-4 в двух биологических средах не было. В клинической группе во все три триместра в ДЖ концентрация ИЛ-4 по сравнению с РЖ была многократно выше. Концентрация ИЛ-8 в ДЖ на порядок (в 10-14 раз) выше по сравнению с ДЖ как у здоровых доноров, так и у пациенток клинической группы. Вывод. Содержание цитокинов ИЛ-4 и ИЛ-8 в биологических жидкостях полости рта в динамике беременности возрастает, что усиливает защитный потенциал биологической среды ротовой полости.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>ротовая жидкость</kwd><kwd>десневая жидкость</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Сухих Г.
