Emphasis is placed on the importance of developing a new individual membrane made of polytetrafluorethylene, due to high relevance of such researches owing toreduce the risk of infection of surgical wounds and high degree of adaptation to the geometry of the bone defect.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре приведён анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы, в которой отражены основные преимущества и недостатки различных типов каркасных мембран, используемых в современной стоматологической практике при реконструкции альвеолярной кости челюстей. Особое внимание уделено методам создания мембран индивидуальной формы, соответствующих геометрии костного дефекта. Показано, что методы компьютерного планирования костной пластики и CAD/CAM-изготовления мембран и их прототипов, способны оптимизировать хирургический этап и сократить время проведения операции, повысив точность выполнения костной реконструкции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>frame membrane</kwd><kwd>bone grafting</kwd><kwd>guided tissue regeneration</kwd><kwd>computer planning</kwd><kwd>CAD/CAM technology</kwd><kwd>review</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>каркасная мембрана</kwd><kwd>костная пластика</kwd><kwd>направленная костная регенерация</kwd><kwd>компьютерное планирование</kwd><kwd>CAD/CAM-технологии</kwd><kwd>обзор</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Иванов С.Ю., Ларионов Е.В., Семенова Ю.А., Рябова В.М.
