This article highlights the main etiological factors and pathogenesis mechanisms of external resorption of the root. The modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease are considered.
Наружная цервикальная резорбция корня зуба протекает бессимптомно и не имеет характерных морфологических проявлений, поставить достоверный диагноз в большинстве случаев невозможно. Наружная воспалительная резорбция корня относится к наиболее деструктивным и агрессивным видам патологии. Проведен анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы и публикаций. В данной статье отмечены основные этиологические факторы и механизмы патогенеза наружной резорбции корня. К развитию резорбции корня могут приводить как местные, так и системные этиологические факторы. Выделяют поверхностную, воспалительную и заместительную внешнюю (наружную) резорбцию. Рассмотрены современные подходы к диагностике и лечению данного заболевания.
