The use of monodispersed HAP in a filling interval of 20% to 40% worsens the properties of the composite, increases the number of micropores, and lowers the density, strength, and elastic modulus of the material. Adhesion of polydispersed HAP to PL is higher than that of monodispersed HAP, thus increasing the parameters of the limiting wetting angle and the density of the structure. Implantation of PL composite filled with polydispersed HAP into defects in rat femoral bone and rabbit mandibular angle favors more prominent osteogenesis than the use of "pure" PL, and leads to degradation and fragmentation of implanted materials, as well as more intensive bone tissue neoformation.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Воложин А.
