The facial profile of patient after treatment by facemask
Abstract
The purpose of the case study was to investigate the dental-facial-and maxilla region in patients with mesio-occlusio (not under active growth) in treatment by facial mask. We examined 12 patients, aged 14 to 16, with mesio-occlusioi 50 osseous and 29 pliable-tissue parameters were examined in tele-X-ray-grams of the head in their lateral projection with the below conclusions being subsequently made: 1. The facial mask, as applied in such patients, brings aboi effective changes in their dental-maxilla-and facial region. 2. The treatment improves the saggital ratio of jaws an normalizes the occlusion. The treatment efficiency is reflected through changes occurring in the upper lip and ensure a lesser incurvity of the profile.

Premedication of patients with impaired-circulation encephalopathy in dental ambulatory checkups
Abstract
The tranquilizing effect of antioxidant mexydol was studied in 138 patients with impaired circulation encephalopathy, stages I and II. The results are indicative of a high tranquilizing drug's action, i.e. protective and anti-stress effects, which, with respect to the research conducted at a clinic for nervous disease, confirms the mexydol's efficiency in pathogenesis of the above disease and in related-stress as applicable in dental practice.

Chronic odontogenous sinusitis concomitant with aspergilloma
Abstract
The authors described a rare case of evolution of aspergilloma with localization in the perirhinal sinus as observed in a female patient with chronic odontogenous maxillary sinusitis. It is pointed out that, despite a typical X-ray pattern, aspergilloma was diagnosed only after a patho-histological examination of postoperative tissue samples.
