Abstract
The approaches to diagnostics of compromised mandibular movements are described as exemplified by 31 patients presenting with displacement of the meniscus. The results of clinical examination, magnetoresonance tomography, and axiography made it possible to detect the characteristic articular trajectories for each type of meniscus position.
