Kim Y.V., Loginov A.G., Olesova V.N., Safronov I.D., Trunov A.N.

Abstract

The changes of immunometabolic parameters of stomatic liquid in patients with chronic parodontitis of moderate level of severity at teeth splintage have been considered in the work. 75 patients at the age 25-50 years have been examined; the teeth splintage has been carried out additionally to 19 patients (prosthetic repair with fixed ceramic-metal, demountable splintage, and clasp dental prostheses). The received results testify that the teeth splintage aoolication to standard treatment of patients with chronic parodontitis leads to normalization of local immunity state in 6 months after the end of treatment.

Abstract

There are the results of treatment of patients with purulent- inflammatory diseases of maxillofacial area in this article. During the observation the comparative analysis of the main group patients (with the using of nickelid titanium shape-memory retractors ) and control group (traditional methods) was done. Data were obtained on a substantial reduction in terms of cleaning and healing of purulent wounds in patients who have beside a standart washing and enzymes the using nickelid titanium shape-memory retractors. A significant advantage was the lack of need for additional revision of purulent foci in the study group in contrast to the control.

P’yansina A.V., Gerasimenko M.Y.

Abstract

Presents the results of observation of 220 patients aged from 35 to 75 years who received fluctuophoresis various drugs in the complex restorative treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis moderate and severe degrees of severity. It is established, that fluctuophoresis impact on the improvement of clinical and rheographic index, as well as indicators of laser Doppler flowmetry due to the improvement of microcirculation. It is shown that the most expedient for the treatment of patients with chronic generalized parodontitis of the average degree to pursue a course fluctuophoresis Mildronate, for the treatment of patients with chronic generalized periodontitis severe degrees of severity - fluctuophoresis nivalin. Fluctuophoresis Actovegin is quite effective for the treatment of patients with both ХГП moderate, and severe degree, when it is not revealed the predominance of the violation or myogenous or neurogenic regulation.

THE ROLE OF GENE POLYMORPHISMS VITAMIN D RECEPTOR IN ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ OF PERIODONTITIS

Z’ablitskaya M.S., Atrushkevich V.G., Mkrtumyan A.M.

Abstract

Important role in etiopathogines periodontitis play the genetic factors that determine the risk of the development and clinical course of the disease. One of the perspective for the study of the markers of periodontitis is a gene polymorphism of the vitamin D. Vitamin D is able to exert influence on the pathogenesis of periodontitis through the effect on calcium metabolism on the one hand and the immune system on the other, it is the effect of indirectly through the vitamin D receptor (VDR). This review demonstrates the increased in recent years the interest to the influence of gene polymorphisms BP on the development of chronic and aggressive forms of periodontitis in different countries. The data of the literature on this issue is quite erratic, which can be attributed to genetic heterogeneity of samples, as well as various parameters of comparison. Further research is needed communications polymorphisms length of restriction fragments gene BP, with the risk of development of various forms of periodontal disease, carried out in Russia.
