Kalamkarov A.E., Saakian S.K.

Abstract

Rehabilitation patients with total loss of teeth and restoration of function of chewing and achievement of high esthetic result of orthopedic treatment at patients with total loss of teeth remains so far an actual problem. The purpose of our research was studying of biomechanical aspects of interaction of structures of bone tissue of a jaw with different types the dentalnykh of intra bone implants, especially at functional loadings, for development of the most rational and improvement of methods of orthopedic treatment of patients with total absence of teeth. In total 9 options of prosthetics of patients with total absence of teeth with various support (dentalny intra bone implants of standard diameter and miniimplants) under a removable orthopedic design are studied. For each option the maximum tension of compression and stretching, the maximum shift tension and probability of destruction of biomechanical system were calculated. The comparative assessment of these indicators on the basis of which conclusions about the most rational method of orthopedic treatment of patients with total loss of teeth were formulated is carried out and the corresponding recommendations for practice are made.

THE INFLUENCE OF CHRONIC RENAL INSUFFICIENCY IN STATUS OF MUCOUS MEMBRANE IN ORAL CAVITY IN EXPERIMENT

Maiborodin I.V., Minikeev I.M., Kim S.A., Ragimova T.M.

Abstract

The morphological changes of a mucous membrane in rat oral cavity at the chronic renal insufficiency (CRI) of various degrees were studied by methods of light microscopy. It was revealed that in 6 months after modeling of easy or mild CRI the mucous membrane in an oral cavity was diffuse infiltrated by leukocytes, the volume density of blood and lymphatic vessels was increased. Rats with high grade of CRI have an atrophy and hyperkeratoses of mouth epithelium, sclerosis of a mucous membrane was detect, the number of leukocytes considerably increased, first of all, neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, small leukocytic infiltrates were formed. Besides, at mild or high grade of CRI in mucous membrane of an oral cavity the quantity of eosinophils and plasmatic cells increases that points to possible presence of a considerable allergic component in initiation and maintenance of inflammation in mouth tissues at CRI.

CHANGE OF NON-SPECIFIC PROTECTION IN ORAL LIQUID OF TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS AND CORONARY HEART DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC GENERALIZED PARODONTITIS

Bykov I.M., Lapina N.V., Gayvoronskaya T.V., Starchenko T.P., Starchenko V.I.

Abstract

The studies of oral fluid with combined periodontal disease and coronary artery disease with normal and impaired carbohydrate metabolism revealed irregularities in the level of antioxidant enzyme system of the oral cavity, that were expressed by the inverse correlations with clinical periodontal status. Based on these data it can be concluded that the use of oral fluid to determine the potential of antioxidant defense system at the local level, as well as using non-invasive assessment of laboratory methods in the risk of complications in patients with cardiovascular disease so as to allow timely correction treatment will increase the efficiency of monitoring indicators of metabolic diseases of cardiovascular system.

Gilmiyarov E.M., Radomskaya V.M., Gilmiyarova F.N., Babichev A.V., Kolesova K.I., Azizov A.N.

Abstract

Ninety-seven patients aged from 18 to 47 with caries localization of class I-III, according to Black, were under supervision. In total there were 160 restorations. When carrying out our researches we used Single Bond Universal as adhesive system (Filtek Ultimate was used as filling material), and Filtek Bulk Fill was also used as a nanocomposite in order to prevent polymerization shrinkage. By all criteria of Ryge (marginal adaptation, anatomic shape, secondary decay, base colour match, cavity edge discoloration, surface roughness). 97% of restorations after completion and 3 months later were assessed as " perfect". It was stated that Single Bond Universal causes acidulation of pH oral liquid and redox potential increase, while Filtek Ultimate and Filtek Bilk Fill cause decrease of redox potential. The tendency to oral liquid structure change was revealed. Single Bond Universal causing strength disturbance of tranferase, oxidoreductase and hydrolase enzymes appeared to be the most aggressive. The materials used are not bionert composites, while demonstrating good strength and aesthetic characterises.

INDICATORS OF SALIVARY GLANDS FUNCTIONS AND SALIVA MICROELEMENTAL PORTRAIT OF PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE: DIAGNOSTIC VALUE

Ruvinskaya G.R.

Abstract

The saliva diagnostics of 81patients with Parkinson ’s disease has been conducted. Compared with the control group in the oral fluid of patients there is an excess content of toxic microelements: barium (36.5 times), plumbum, aluminum, cadmium, nickel (1,5 times), arsenic (3 times). Essential microelements have tended to decline: measured relative lack of iron, chromium, selenium - by 7-11%; the level of strontium significantly increased (1,9 times). It has been shown that the permeability of hematosalivary barrier for calcium, magnesium and zinc in PD is increasing, the usage of levodopa brings it to a functional relevance in healthy individuals.
