BIOMECHANICS THE SPLINTING IMPLANT

Zagorsky V.A., Zagorsky V.V.

Abstract

In the manufacture of prostheses on implants is necessary knowledge of the mechanisms of transmission of stress from suprastructure prosthesis in the bone tissue of the jaw. These data can be obtained with the help of mathematical models of the finite element method, on the basis of which lie the knowledge of the physical properties of the bone structures of the jaw of the human skull, implants, teeth hard tissues and periodontal diseases.

Abstract

The paper presents the data obtained experimental way. about the importance of the immune reactivity of the organism in the development of inflammatory process in periodontal tissues in animals against the background of diabetes, metabolic disturbances. The development of the inflammatory process in the пародонте, its generalization and becomes chronic determined not only and not so much the species and quantitative composition of the microflora of an oral cavity, as a condition of protective forces of the organism and of the response of the immune system, as modified by the diabetes and pathogenetic factors.

Daurova F.Y., L’yanova D.K., Drozdova Galina G.A., Tarasova T.V., Prytkov V.A., Kul’chenko A.A.

Abstract

The article is devoted to pathophysiological analysis of the identified effects of the local anti-inflammatory therapy and gliclazid in modulating effects on the main pathogenetic links of periodontal disease and diabetes, which leads to a reduction of inflammatory reactions through the ability to regulate carbohydrate metabolism and all subsequent violated homeostatic parameters in the body. It is shown that this type of therapy helps to maintain a high level of anti-inflammatory cytokines and curb the synthesis of proinflammatory in the treatment of periodontal pathology, complications of diabetic disorders.

Zudina I.V., Bulkina N.V., Ivanov P.V., Vedyaeva A.P., Ivanova E.V.

Abstract

It was studied the effect of the gum treatment with the gel-like form of the ascorbate chitosan on the dynamics of the changes in the level of cytokines (TNF-а, IL-1fi, IL-8 and IL-1ra) in the periodontal pockets liquidfrom patients who have the generalized type of the inflammation in the periodontal tissues. It was found that chitosan ascorbate exhibits a pronounced anti-inflammatory activity, probably, due to the regulation of the IL-1fi and TNF-а cytokine levels in the inflammatory focus.

Abstract

Traumatism of classical sinus lift requires the development of new, minimally invasive and less traumatic way of sinus lift. Great promise in this regard are endoscopic techniques. In the maxillo-facial surgery department of MONIKI M.F. Vladimirskogo developed a new method of endoscopic sinus lift, characterized by low invasive and traumatic, minimal blood loss, preservation of the microcirculation of the mouth, a sufficient level of review the operative field, and which can also be used in patients who have had a sinusotomy history. The analysis of results of surgical treatment of patients convincingly proved the effectiveness of the developed method.

THE CONDITION OF THE FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM OF MAXILLO-FACIAL AREA FOR CHILDREN IN THE EARLY PERIOD OF REMOVABLE BITE

Silin A.V., Catygo E.A.

Abstract

Department of General dentistry, 2department of pediatric dentistry State educational institution of additional professional education “Saint-Petersburg medical Academy of postgraduate education”, 191015, Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation The aim of this study was to investigate the condition of the engine, chewing and secretory component of the maxillofacial region (MR) in children with anomalies of dentition functional origin in the early period of replacement of the bite. Took part in the survey of 158 patients (average age of 7.6 ± 1.3years). As a result of studies it is established, that for children who have dentoalveolar anomalies functional origin with a predominance of hypokinetic syndrome is characterised by low functional activity of masticatory muscles, reducing blood flow in the pulp permanent molars, low resistance of enamel molars, low speed salivation and high viscosity of the oral fluid. For children who have dentoalveolar anomalies functional origin with a predominance of hyperkinetic syndrome are characterized by the following signs: high functional activity of masticatory muscles, low level of regulation of blood circulation in the pulp permanent molars, low resistance of enamel, high speed salivation with high viscosity oral fluid. Thus, in children with anomalies of dentition functional origin morphofunctional the state of the elements of the maxillofacial area depends on the kinetic activity of a functional system. Consequently, the approaches to prevention and treatment of main dental diseases need to be different and take into account the state of the functional system of the maxillofacial region.

THE DIAGNOSTIC AND TREATMENT OF PERFORATIVE ODONTOGENIC MAXILLITIS

Tsarev V.N., Shulakov V.V., Ippolitov Y.V., Luzina V.V., Birulev A.A.

Abstract

It is generally admitted that complications during treatment of chronic odontogenic maxillitis and recurrences of the disease are related to the abnormal architectonics of the nasal cavity and to the pathology of other paranasal sinuses. Radiographic imaging often fails to detect a pathological process especially in the nasal cavity, ethmoidal labyrinth and sphenoidal sinus. Bacteriology assay is the most informative technique for evaluating genesis and character of inflammatory process in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. It was found in most cases that both nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are involved in pathological process. Therefore appropriate corrections of treatment plan are needed. For treatment was recommended the new form of fluqunolones - «Haileflox-750»
